• Offer not valid on ICICI Bank Commercial Cards & Amazon Pay Credit Card
• This offer is applicable across Reliance Digital Universe – in-store & website. Customer can avail the offer only once per card.
• Offer is not applicable on Non EMI transactions.

Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• This "cashback" ("Offer") is run by ICICI Bank ("ICICI") under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., ("Merchant").
• Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card ("Cardholder") & availing EMIs to make a purchase at www.reliancedigital.com
• Offer is valid from 1st November 2020 to 16th November 2020 including both the days.
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Offer is valid on purchase of products worth Rs. 15,000/- or more in a single bill ("Eligible Bill") & making the payment via EMI form factor using eligible Credit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant's online website. (Eligible Customer).
• Benefit under this Offer is limited to once per card across the stores & online website.
• Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
• Offer not valid on Commercial Cards and ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Card.
• Reliance Retail & ICICI Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Reliance, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
