My Samsung Sound Tower does not turn on

Check 1. When using the Sound Tower by battery, you must press the power button, located on the top of your Sound Tower, to turn it on. When connected to a power cord, you can turn on your Sound Tower by using the remote or via Bluetooth.

Check 2. If the Sound Tower battery is completely drained, please charge it for a few minutes before turning it back on.

    The power suddenly turns off

Case 1. If the power suddenly turns off while using your Sound Tower, check that the temperature is appropriate (5~40℃) and try using it in a cooler place. If the Sound Tower is stored or used for a long time in a location where the temperature is higher or lower than recommended, battery performance may be poor, and your device may suddenly turn off.

Case 2. If your Sound Tower turns off after displaying a pink or orange colored LED light, please visit your nearest Samsung Call Center for professional inspection.

Note: Depending on your Sound Tower usage frequency and status, the battery life and usage time may differ.

My device gets hot when charging

Case 1. The device and charger may get hot when charging. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the device’s lifespan or performance. If the high or low temperatures exceed a certain limit and persist for a long period of time, charging may stop to prevent damage to your device.

Case 2. If the device is used (BT/USB/AUX mode) while charging, heat may be generated. First, stop using your device, then separate the power cord and resume charging your device when the temperature returns to normal.

Case 3. Charging your Sound Tower in places with high temperatures can add heat and further increase device temperature. Move your Sound Tower to a cooler place and try charging again.

Note: For stable use, it is recommended to charge your device at room temperature or temperatures ranging from 5~40℃.

    Charging is slow

Case 1. If the device is used (BT/USB/AUX mode) while charging, the charging time may be increased. For faster charging, stop using your device and leave it to charge.

Case 2. It is recommended to charge your device at room temperature or temperatures ranging from 5~40℃. If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, charging speeds may decrease due to control measures to protect the device.

Case 3. If there is a foreign object or moisture in the power cord terminal, charging may be blocked for device protection.

Note: Charging with moisture inside the device may result in corrosion or failure to charge.

    Use after long-term storage

Check 1. If it is your first time using the device after purchasing, or if you haven’t used the device for a long time, please make sure to charge adequately before use. Check the remaining battery with the LED display, and if the LED does not turn on, connect a charger.

Check 2. When storing for a long time, store with approximately 50~70% of the remaining charge, and make sure to charge once every 3~6 months.

    Maintaining battery performance

Check 1. To maintain stable battery performance, please store the device in a dry and cool place.
Check 2. Remove the power cord after a complete charge.

Note: Using your device long-term with the power cord connected may be the cause of battery swelling.
