Charging your Sound Tower in places with high temperatures can add heat and further increase device temperature. Move your Sound Tower to a cooler place and try charging again.
Note:
For stable use, it is recommended to charge your device at room temperature or temperatures ranging from 5~40℃.

It is recommended to charge your device at room temperature or temperatures ranging from 5~40℃. If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, charging speeds may decrease due to control measures to protect the device.
Case 3.
If there is a foreign object or moisture in the power cord terminal, charging may be blocked for device protection.
Note:
Charging with moisture inside the device may result in corrosion or failure to charge.
Use after long-term storage
