  • Any type of electrical or electronic malfunction/ breakdown/ defect of your personal audio device can be repaired under this program.

  • To what extent will the cost of repairs be covered?
  • Repair of the audio device up to the invoice value will be undertaken under this plan.
    All you need to do is register your repair request and we will take care of your audio device repair including part and labour cost as well as the logistic cost for pick-up and delivery of your device.

  • What happens if the audio device cannot be repaired?
  • In case the audio device can not be repaired or is declared to be Beyond Economically Repairable (BER), then we would provide you with a like to like replacement of your audio device. Detailed terms for the same can be referred to in your plan Terms & Conditions.

  • How to register your repair request to avail the plan benefits?
  • Simply log onto our 24/7 online chatbot Mia at https://bit.ly/miaresq or call our call centre at 1800 102 8647 between Monday to Sunday (9:00 am to 6:00pm, except on public holidays), answer the details requested for and submit documents. Post registration, we will call you to understand and diagnose the device for repair. We will then schedule for at-home repair or pick-up of the device, pick it up, get it repaired and then deliver it back to you.

      Terms & conditions
    • As a part of repair contract registration, we will require copy of original device purchase invoice, box images (if available), forma factor (if mentioned in the invoice), colour, model details from you. Please note your registered mobile number is an important element as part of the repair request process
    • The Device must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for Device usage including but not limited to regular maintenance & upkeep of the Device.
    • Manufacturer’s warranty must remain valid throughout its validity period provided by the manufacturer.
    • The Repair Contract will be cancelled in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, or tampering of Device and its components or misrepresentation of Device age and condition or non-disclosure of any changes that affect the Repair Contract and no refund shall be due to You
    • The repair benefit shall stand reduced by the amount utilized per Repair Request raised by you and cannot be reinstated.
    • • Upon purchase of the Plan, the Plan’s Terms & Conditions will be separately shared with you within 72 hours of purchase or can be downloaded from our 24/7 online chatbot Mia at https://bit.ly/miaresq
    • Exclusions
    • Breakdown caused by violating manufacturer’s warranty, Overload, abuse, or negligence.
    • Any type of physical or liquid breakage
    • Regular wear and tear or gradual deterioration which affects performance.
    • Replacement of any consumable item or accessories or any other materials including straps meant to be consumed during Device’s lifetime.
    • Damage to or malfunction of the device caused by or attributed to the operation of a software virus or any other software-based malfunction.
    • Servicing of any component that carries a manufacturer’s warranty that exceeds the comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty of the Device
    • Costs implicitly or explicitly covered by any manufacturers, suppliers, or repairers warranty.
    • Non-operating and cosmetic damage to the Wearables Device, such as damage to paintwork, Wearables Device finish, dents, or scratches.
    • Where the asset serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered from the device.
    • If repairs have been conducted by unauthorized repair centres at any point during or before the Contract Period.
    • If the purchased device is of the brand which is not covered under this Repair contract
    • Any defects that are subject to the Manufacturer’s Recall.
