Physical Check of the product

We’ll check the condition of the TV as well as brackets, if any.

Functional Check of product

Carry out the functional condition of the product and accessories

Uninstall the product
- Remove the power & signal connections
- Remove interconnected products, if any
- Unmount the TV from the brackets, if any at the customer site
- Remove the wall mount bracket, if any at the customer site
Clean the product

Clean the product, bracket and other accessories

Packing the product

Pack the TV and its accessories in the customer provided carton, if any

Tidy up the location

Cleaning up of the location, removing packaging material will be taken of.

Customer Education

Inform the customer about the Handle with Care area/parts of the product
