- FAQ's
- What is repaired under this plan?
For the first 12 months from plan purchase date, any type of screen damage due to an accidental external impact can be repaired under this program. Post the manufacturers’ warranty expiry, any type of malfunction/ breakdown/ defect of your smartphone can be repaired within the plan period.
- To what extent will the cost of repairs be covered?
Under the screen protection plan.Only the screen of the smartphone or tablet will be repaired in this plan. In case of any damage other than the screen, you would need to pay additional amount at applicable market rates for its repair.
Under the extended warranty plan, repair of the smartphone or tablet up to the invoice value will be repaired under this plan.
All you need to do is register the repair request (and in case of screen protection plan, pay the service fee of ₹999) whereas we take care of your smartphone/ tablet repair.
- Are accessories repaired in this plan?
This plan does not repair any type of accessory such as chargers, batteries, earphones, headphones etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
- What happens if the smartphone/Tablet cannot be repaired?
In case the smartphone cannot be repaired or is declared to be Beyond Economically Repairable (BER), then we would provide you with a like to like replacement of your smartphone or tablet.
Under screen protection plan, we would cover up to the screen value of the smartphone and the balance invoice value of the smartphone or tablet would need to be paid by you to avail this. The extended warranty plan would then be transferred to the replaced smartphone/ tablet.
Under the extended warranty plan, we would provide the like-to-like replacement up to the balance repair benefit available in the plan. Detailed terms for the same can be referred to in your plan Terms & Conditions.
- How to register your repair request to avail the plan benefits?
Simply log onto our 24/7 online chatbot Mia at https://bit.ly/miaresq or call our call centre at 1800 102 8647 between Monday to Sunday (9:00 am to 6:00pm, except on public holidays), answer the details requested for and pay the service fee and submit documents post verification.
We will then schedule the pick-up, pick it up, get it repaired and then deliver it back to you.
