How do I get started with Fitbit Inspire 2?

1. Turn on and charge your device. To set up Inspire 2, first connect it to the charging cable.
2. Connect your device. Next, create or log in to your Fitbit account and connect your tracker.
3. Check the Fitbit app. Sync your tracker with the Fitbit app to see your complete health and fitness data.

How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Plug the charging cable that came with your Fitbit device into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device. Attach the other end of the cable to your device. Charging your device to 100% may take 1-2 hours.​

How do I attach the charging cable to my Fitbit device?​

1. Align the pins on the end of the charging cable with the gold contacts on the back of your device.
2. Gently press your device into the charger until it snaps into place.

To remove your device from the charging cable:
Hold the device and slide your thumbnail between the charger and the back of the tracker on one of the corners. Gently press down on the charger until it separates from your device.

How do I know when my device is charged to 100%?

What is syncing?
Syncing is the process that transfers the data your device collects to your Fitbit dashboard. The dashboard is where you can track your progress, see how you slept, set goals, log food and water, challenge friends, and much more. Fitbit trackers use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to sync with phones, tablets, and certain computers.

How do I sync my device with the Fitbit app?
Data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. You can also use the Sync Now option in the app at any time.

How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Before you begin using your Fitbit device, you must connect it to your Fitbit account with a phone, tablet, or computer. Connecting your device allows it to transfer (or sync) data back and forth with Fitbit.
To set up your Fitbit device with the Fitbit app:

1. Download and install the Fitbit app from one of the following locations: Apple devices—Apple App Store Android devices—Google Play Store
2. Open the Fitbit app and tap Join Fitbit.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a Fitbit account and connect ("pair") your Fitbit device to your phone or tablet. Pairing makes sure your Fitbit device and phone or tablet can communicate with one another (sync their data).

1. With your device nearby, open the Fitbit app to the Today tab Fitbit logo in black, which looks like 13 circles in the shape of a diamond, where the circles are larger from left to right.
2. Press and hold on the screen and pull down.
3. iPhone or iPad: In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab -> your profile picture -> your device image -> Tap Sync Now.
4. Android phone or tablet: In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab-> your profile picture-> your device image-> Tap the arrows next to Sync Now.

Where can I see when my Fitbit device last synced?
Find information about your Fitbit device, such as firmware version, battery level, and when your device last synced:

1. Fitbit app Tap the Today tab -> your profile picture -> your device image.
