Repair of the smartphone / tablet or tablet up to the invoice value will be repaired under this plan.
All you need to do is register your repair request and we will take care of your smartphone / tablet repair including part and labour cost as well as the logistic cost for pick-up and delivery of your smartphone / tablet.
Are accessories repaired in this plan?
This plan does not repair any type of accessory such as chargers, batteries, earphones, headphones etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
What happens if the smartphone/Tablet cannot be repaired?
In case the smartphone / tablet cannot be repaired or is declared to be Beyond Economically Repairable (BER), then we would provide you with a like to like replacement of your smartphone / tablet. Detailed terms for the same can be referred to, in your plan Terms & Conditions.
