2. Service centre repair
Our qualified engineers at the resQ Service Centre repair your laptop at no cost to you.
3. Free pickup & drop
Can’t visit the service centre? Request a free pickup and drop facility — we collect and return your laptop.
4. Standby unit provided
If repair takes longer than committed, we arrange a standby laptop so you stay productive (subject to availability).
5. Buyback guarantee
In rare cases where repair isn’t possible, we buy back your laptop at its depreciated value. T & C apply.

- Malfunctions due to unauthorised servicing or water seepage
- Tampered or removed serial numbers — product will not be attended
- Physical, accidental or liquid damage
- Products purchased or used for commercial purposes
- Burned or fire breakout cases
- Failures due to power fluctuations
