If repair takes longer than committed, we arrange a standby printer so your work doesn’t stop (subject to availability).
5. Buyback guarantee
In rare cases where repair isn’t possible, we buy back your product at its depreciated value. T & C apply.

- Malfunctions due to unauthorised servicing or water seepage
- Tampered or removed serial numbers - product will not be attended
- Physical, accidental or liquid damage
- Products purchased or used for commercial purposes
- Burned or fire breakout cases
- Failures due to power fluctuations
