Are accessories covered in this plan?
No. Accessories such as the accessories stand are not covered. The plan covers electrical and functional parts only.
What happens if the dishwasher cannot be repaired?
If the dishwasher is declared Total Loss or Beyond Economically Repairable (BER), we provide settlement as per the existing depreciation matrix, upon collection of the non-repaired unit and its accessories. The plan cover ceases after settlement.
What is Beyond Economically Repairable (BER)?
When the cost of repair exceeds 75% of the product’s Sum Insured (invoice value), the dishwasher is declared Beyond Economically Repairable.
What is Total Loss?
When the product cannot be repaired within reasonable time, or for reasons beyond control (parts unavailable or otherwise), it is declared a Total Loss.
