• What is repaired under this plan?

Any type of hardware damage – physical or liquid, due to an accidental external impact can be repaired under this program.

• To what extent will the cost of repairs be covered?

You can get your smartphone / tablet repaired up to the invoice value.
All you need to pay is the service fee of ₹999 for your repair request whereas we take care of the repair including the parts and labour cost as well as the logistic cost for pick-up and delivery of your smartphone / tablet.

• Are accessories repaired in this plan?

This plan does not repair any type of accessory such as chargers, batteries, earphones, headphones etc. (this list is not exhaustive).

• What happens if the smartphone cannot be repaired?

In case the smartphone/ tablet cannot be repaired or is declared to be Beyond Economically Repairable (BER), then we would provide you with a like to like replacement of your smartphone / tablet. Based on the age of the device, you just need to pay the additional fees as defined in the plan Terms & Conditions. Detailed terms for the same can be referred to in your plan Terms & Conditions

Simply log onto our 24/7 online chatbot Mia at https://bit.ly/miaresq or call our call centre at 1800 102 8647 between Monday to Sunday (9:00 am to 6:00pm, except on public holidays), answer the details requested for and pay the service fee and submit documents post verification.
We will then schedule the pick-up, pick it up, get it repaired and then deliver it back to you.
