In case your product become dysfunctional during the resQ RCP coverage period we will
- Remotely diagnose the problem and help you to make the product functional
- Provide support at resQ Service Centre where our qualified engineers will repair your product at no cost to you
- Free product pickup & drop facility to/from Service centre is available on request
- In case of no repair possible, we buy back the product at depreciated value
In case, due to some unforeseen situation, we are not able to repair the product within committed time, we will provide to you a standby unit
