Repair of the audio device up to the invoice value will be undertaken under this plan.
All you need to do is register your repair request and we will take care of your audio device repair including part and labour cost as well as the logistic cost for pick-up and delivery of your device.
What happens if the audio device cannot be repaired?
In case the audio device can not be repaired or is declared to be Beyond Economically Repairable (BER), then we would provide you with a like to like replacement of your audio device. Detailed terms for the same can be referred to in your plan Terms & Conditions.

Post registration, we will call you to understand and diagnose the device for repair.
We will then schedule for at-home repair or pick-up of the device, pick it up, get it repaired and then deliver it back to you.
