Terms and Conditions for Zoomin Purchase Offer

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional offer (“Offer”) under which all the customers who avail services from Zoomin during Promotional Offer will receive a coupon code (“Coupon”). The Coupon entitles the holder to a discount up to Rs. 1000.00 on single transaction at select Reliance Digital offline stores, provided the minimum transaction value at Reliance Digital is more than Rs 10,000.00 subject to the terms outlined hereunder. By participating in this Offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and waive their right to claim any ambiguity. This Offer, is run by Reliance Retail Ltd. (“Reliance”).

2. Eligibility
2.1. This Offer is open to all the customers of Reliance Digital who have successfully availed the services from Zoomin during the promotional period (“Eligible Customer”).
2.2. Offer is valid/open for all Indian citizens residing in India, 18 years of age or above. Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.

2.3. Employees, participating store staffs and authorized agency of Reliance and their family members/relatives are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

3. Offer Details
3.1. Customers who have successfully availed the services from Zoomin within the promotional period (from 25^th Dec’25 to 31^st Mar’26) will receive a unique coupon code, via E-Mail

3.2. The customer needs to show this coupon code at the billing counter of the Reliance Digital stores and if the transaction is meeting all the required criteria, the customer is eligible for the discount as mentioned in the offer.

3.3. The coupon code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

3.4.  Customers shall be eligible for following instant discount of their total purchase value at the time of billing:

Upto 1,000 Rs discount above 10,000 Rs transaction at all the Reliance Digital Stores, PAN India

3.5. Exclusions from Discount: No discounts shall be applicable on products of Apple brand

4. Redemption and Expiry
4.1. The coupon code can be redeemed only at Reliance Digital offline stores (“Participating Stores”).
4.2. Eligible Customers have to present the coupon code (via email or print) at Participating Stores.

4.3 Reliance staff will verify the coupon code and apply the applicable discount/offer to the customer’s purchase.

4.4 Eligible Customers can redeem the coupon for the eligible offers or discounts, subject to terms and conditions.

4.5 The coupon code must be used before 31^st Mar’26. Expired codes will not be reissued or extended.

4.6 The coupon code may be subject to additional terms, such as minimum purchase requirements or restrictions on specific products.

4.7 Offer may include discounts, special deals, or bundled products

5. General Terms
5.1. Reliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Offer will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
5.3. Reliance is not responsible for any technical issues, lost emails, or other errors that may prevent a customer from receiving or redeeming the coupon code.

5.4 Reliance reserves its right: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Customer if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Eligible Customer has breached any of the terms and conditions. (b) to decide whether a replacement Participant should be selected in the event any Participant is disqualified from the Offer. (c) to ask for written permission from the parent or guardian of a winner who is under the age of 18 and (d) to ask for submission of proof of payment of applicable Gift Tax /TDS paid to authorities by Winner customer (e) to ask for submission of original documents of the winner such as Photo Identity proof, purchase invoice of the Product from the Participating Store, age proof, residential proof and personal details.

5.5 If any prizes received by Eligible Customer under this Offer are received in broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of the receipt of the same. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.

5.6 Benefits under the Offer is neither transferable nor encashable for money and can’t be clubbed with any other Offer. Customer is not charged extra for participating in the Offer.

5.7 No request shall be entertained for exchange of gifts/prize of equivalent value or other configuration/brand/features.

5.8 Customers participating in the Offer/Contest, voluntarily consent for Reliance to contact them for any or all promotional activities carried by Reliance hereafter. The Customers participating in this Offer for availing the benefit, would deemed to have been waived the ‘Do not Disturb’ status (“DND”) to receive the massage from Reliance.

5.9 By Participating in Offer grants to Reliance a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable license to use their name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and the participant will not claim or demand at any time any compensation or favors from Reliance in any manner whatsoever. All documents relating to the participation and/or the offer of the entries shall become the exclusive property of Reliance.

5.10 In any event, Liability of Reliance to a winner shall not exceed the value of Gift/Prize received under this Offer

5.11 In the event, the Offer /Contest is termed as void due to introduction of any new legislation or by amendment to the existing legislation or by judicial orders, the Offer /Contest shall become invalid /null and void and Reliance shall not be liable to award or give any Gift/ Prize or any compensation in lieu thereof to any of the Eligible Customers/participants/ Winners.

5.12 Reliance’s liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the value of the discount of this Offer. No further claims, damages, or compensation shall be entertained.

5.13 Customer is not charged extra for participating in the Contest/Offer.

5.14 Reliance reserves its right to curtail or extend the Campaign validity Period as deems fit and necessary. 

5.15 Reliance reserves its right to cancel or amend the terms of this Offer/Contest without assigning any reason.

5.16 Any or all disputes arising out of or relating to this Offer/Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.

5.17 In case of disputes, the decision of Reliance will be final and binding.
