Terms of Usage – FREE Same Day Delivery, Pick at Store:

·       This Marketing Program (“Offer”) is offered by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance Digital”)

·       Same day delivery & Pick at store is applicable for products below Rs.50,000

·       Same day delivery & Pick at store is applicable on Select articles across Mobiles, Laptops, Audio, Small appliances, Personal Care, Smart Watches & Accessories.

·       Same day delivery & Pick at store is applicable on Select Pin codes, subject to product availability at Stores. Enter Pin code on Product page to check eligibility.

·       Free Same Day Delivery is Applicable if Order is placed before 2 PM, if Order is placed after 2 PM, the Delivery would be attempted Next Day.

·       For Pick at Store, the Order once Placed needs to be Picked up from the Store. If the Order is not Picked up within 48 hrs from the time Order was placed, such Orders would be Auto Cancelled.

·       Reliance Digital reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Users at all times.

·       In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company will be final and binding.

*For Pick At Store-

Select the product(s) on landing page > PICK at Store, if applicable, is shown after entering the Pin Code on Product Display Page > Select Pick at Store on the final Order Summary Page > Select the Store and proceed with PAY NOW.

*For Free Same Day Delivery-

Select the product(s) on landing page > Click Add to cart / Buy Now > Free Delivery TODAY, if applicable, is shown on the Product Display Page after entering the Pin Code > Proceed to Payment page.
