Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

·       This “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by RBL Bank (“Partner Bank”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) for the customers shopping on www.reliancedigital.in(“Reliance Digital Website”) or Reliance Digital Mobile Application (“Reliance Digital App”).

·       Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by partner banks to make a purchase at the merchants’ online website www.reliancedigital.in.

·       Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.

Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.

·       Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

·       Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

·       All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

·       By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective  directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
