·          This “Discount Program” (“Offer”) is made available by Partner Bank/s under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd. (“Reliance Digital”) for the customers shopping on https://www.reliancedigital.in/ (“Reliance Digital Website”) and on Reliance Digital mobile application (“Reliance Digital Mobile App”)(collectively referred to as (“Reliance Digital Platform”).

·          Offer is open to Indian customers holding a valid and current Credit/Debit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by the Partner Bank. This Offer cannot be availed by a Corporate/ Company.

·          Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.

·          Under no circumstance will the benefit offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the Partner Bank or by Reliance Digital.

·          Reliance Digital & Partner Bank reserve their right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.

·          In case of full cancellation/return of order, transaction will not qualify for the cashback under this Offer. If customer cancels a part of his/her order, or if the customer has not been supplied with full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid on the basis of eligibility.

·          Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

·          Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

·          Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance Digital and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.

·          Decision of the Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Reliance Digital in this behalf.

·          All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

·          By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions read with Terms of Use of the Reliance Digital Platform and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Partner Bank, Reliance, and their respective  directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
