Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

·         This “Discount Program” (“Offer”) is made available by Reliance Retail Ltd. (“Merchant”) for the customers shopping on www.reliancedigital.in(“Reliance Digital Website”).

·         Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by the leading banks as per the offer terms.

·         Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.

·         Under no circumstance will the benefit being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the bank or by Merchant.

·         Offer not valid on Commercial Credit Cards.

·         Offer is valid on SELECT Cards only. Discount shall be auto-applied for the eligible cards at the payment page. Cards not eligible under this offer will not receive any additional discount on the payment page.

·         Reliance Retail reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.

·         In case of full cancellation/return of order, transaction will not qualify for the benefit under this Offer. If customer cancels a part of his/her order, or if customer has not been supplied full order, he/she will qualify for the benefit only on the net amount paid on the basis eligibility.

·         Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

·         Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

·         Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance Retail and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.

·         Decision of Reliance Retail in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by banks in this behalf.

·         All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

·         By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Banks, Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
