1.   Flat 5% on UPI Payment

o   Offer applicable on select articles above Rs.5,000

3.   No Cost EMI on HDFC, SBI and ICICI bank Credit Cards

o   Offer applicable on select articles above Rs.20,000

o   Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback offer

4.   Flat 10% in-cart discount will be automatically applied at the checkout page on select articles of Faber and Elica.

·     Offer applicable only Twice per card during the offer period.

·     Bank Offer discount will be available at the payment stage, which will reflect after entering the card details.

·     Instant discount is NOT applicable on Brand subvented transactions (No Cost EMI transactions).

·     Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback / discount offer - In case of availability of any such offer, above discount offer would not be applicable.

·     Offer is NOT applicable on Corporate Card.

·     Offer NOT applicable on Paytm SBI Card & Cashback SBI Card.

·     Offer is NOT applicable on select products & brands.

Other Terms & Conditions of Offer

5.   This “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by leading bank Card (“Partner Bank”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) for the customers shopping on jiomart.com (“Reliance Digital Website”) or Reliance Digital Application (“Reliance Digital App”).

6.   Offer is open to Indian customers holding a valid and current Credit and debit Card to make a purchase at the online channels as mentioned above.

7.   Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.

8.   Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition (net of returns / refunds / part payments / merchant discounts) in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).

9.   Under no circumstance will the benefit offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the Partner Bank or by Merchant.

10. In case NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount.

11. In case multiple promotions are available on the same card, discount shall apply as per the promotion chosen by the customer.

12. In case of payment failure, offer would be reactivated within 30 minutes.

13. Reliance Retail & Partner Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.

14. Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance & Partner Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.

15. Decision of Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.

16. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

17. By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank, Reliance and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.

·      Same Day FREE Delivery applicable if Orders is placed before 2 PM, if Orders is placed after 2 PM Delivery would be attempted Next Day

·      Reliance Digital reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Users at all times.

·      In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company will be final and binding.
