The JioHome
TV Offer (“Offer”) is a
limited-period offer made available by Reliance
Retail Limited (RRL) to the Eligible Customers.
Under
this Offer, the Eligible Customers can choose to avail an additional 5%
discount upto INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) (over and above the
existing offers provided by RRL) on all television models of 43 inch and above,
purchased via online (Reliancedigital.in) or any physical Reliance Digital
Store across India (“Outlet”), subject
to the terms and conditions contained herein:
o
The
Offer shall start remain valid until 30 June 2026, or such other date as may be
decided by RRL at its sole discretion.
o
Customers
having an active Jio Fiber or Jio AirFiber connection and currently using the
Cricket Season Packs of value INR 2222/- or INR 3333/- or INR 4444/- are
eligible to avail this Offer (“Eligible
Customers”).
o
Eligible
Customer may choose to avail the Offer in the manner prescribed by RRL from
time to time.
o
To
avail the Offer, Eligible Customers are required to give a missed call on +91
6000860008 or any other designated number or method as provided by RRL, and such
customer will be redirected to the WhatsApp page of JioHome for initiating the
voucher code for this Offer subject to his/ her eligibility for the same.
o
Specific
voucher codes will be shared with the Eligible Customers for availing the Offer
on the Outlet. Eligible Customers can avail a maximum of 1voucher code under this Offer.
o
RRL
reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify the Offer, its criteria, at
its sole discretion. It may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
without prior notice.
o
RRL
and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising out of the Offer.
o
The
Offer is subject to statutory authority guidelines issued from time to time.
o
Customers’
personal data will be processed in line with RRL’s Privacy Policy.
o
Disputes
shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of courts in Mumbai.
Instant Discount Up to Rs.10,000 with
Leading Banks Credit Card transactions
o
Instant discount up to Rs.10,000 with Leading
Banks Credit Card Non-EMI transactions on selected articles applicable from 1st
April 2026 to 30 June 2026.
o
Bank Offer discount will be available at the
payment stage; offer is applicable on select television & brands, refer
product landing page for offer details.
o
Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback
/ discount offer - In case of availability of any such offer, above discount
offer would not be applicable.
o
In case of multiple discounts offers available
on the same card, customer would need to click on “View and apply offer” tab on
the payments page and choose the offer. Discount shall apply basis the offer
chosen by the customer.
o
Products are also available without the instant
cashback offer, participation in this cash back offer is voluntary.
o
Cash back shall be reversed in case of order
cancellation.
o
This offer may be revoked without any prior
notice.
o
RRL reserves the rights to disqualify any
transaction
Instant Discount on UPI Payment
o
Flat 5% Instant discount on UPI transactions, on
selected articles applicable from 1st April 2026 to 30 June 2026.
o
Offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
o
Offer applicable on a minimum purchase of Rs.
5,000 and maximum of Rs.200,000
o
Offer discount will be available at the payment
stage, which will reflect after entering the UPI details.
o
Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback
/ discount offer - In case of availability of any such offer, above discount
offer would not be applicable.
Other Terms & Conditions of Offer
o
This “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by
leading bank Card (“Partner Bank”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail
Ltd., (“Merchant”) for the customers shopping on reliancedigital.in (“Reliance
Digital Website”) or Reliance Digital Application (“Reliance Digital App”).
o
Offer is open to Indian customers holding a
valid and current Credit and debit Card to make a purchase at the online
channels as mentioned above.
o
Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
o
Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum
purchase condition (net of returns / refunds / part payments / merchant
discounts) in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via
eligible Credit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online
website. (Eligible Customer).
o
Under no circumstance will the benefit offered
under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the Partner Bank or by
Merchant.
o
In case of payment failure, offer would be
reactivated within 30 minutes.
o
Reliance Retail & Partner Bank reserves its
right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the
Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions
of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/
amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
o
Product liability, guarantee & warranty
shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor
& Distributor. Reliance & Partner Bank neither warrants nor guarantees
the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this
offer.
o
Decision of Partner Bank in respect of Offer,
benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no
correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
o
All disputes are subject to exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
o
By participating in this Offer,
Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and
waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders
agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank, Reliance and
their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against
any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly
or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
