Other Terms & Conditions of Offers:

·         These “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).

·         Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid UPI ID to make a purchase at the merchants’ platforms (eligible platforms).

·         Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.

·         Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via UPI transactions during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).

·         Benefits under this offer is capped Rs.10,000 for UPI transaction.

·         Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.

·         In case NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount.

·         In case of payment failure, promo code would be reactivated within 30 minutes.

·         Retailer reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.

·         Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

·         Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

·         Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.

·         All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

·         By participating in this Offer, Customers agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Customer agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
