Discount Coupon – Terms and Conditions

1.       The Discount Coupon (“Coupon”) is the property of Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”).

2.       Two coupons are issued against purchases made on RelianceDigital.in for articles under the Digital Level-Up Fest (Gaming Laptops, Gaming laptop Accessories, PS5 Console & Accessories, Select Sony Bravia TV) during 18th December 2025 to 21th December 2025.

3.       One of the two coupons entitle the bearer/holder to a discount of INR 500 upon the purchase of select new products with a minimum purchase of INR 10,000 at any Reliance Digital Store during the validity period.

4.       During the offer period, customers will also receive another coupon redeemable on RelianceDigital.in; this coupon is applicable on select products and offers a maximum discount of 5% up to INR 3,000.

5.       The 5% (up to INR 3,000) coupon is redeemable on a minimum purchase of INR 10,000 on select articles and is applicable on purchases made through RelianceDigital.in (“Reliance Digital Website”) or the Reliance Digital Application (“Reliance Digital App”).

6.       Customers will receive the discount coupon code on their registered mobile number via SMS as part of this campaign.

7.       The INR 500 coupon is redeemable only against the purchase of select products (“Products”) at select Reliance Digital stores (“Store”).

8.       The INR 500 Coupon is valid for redemption from till 15th January 2026 (“Validity Period”).

9.       The 5% (up to INR 3,000) Coupon is valid for redemption till 26th January 2026 (“Validity Period”).

10.    If a customer receives multiple coupons through different advertisement sources or channels, the coupons will not be combinable; only one INR 500 coupon may be redeemed.

11.    The 5% up to INR 3,000 coupon will not be redeemable on mobile phones or any Apple-branded products.

12.    The INR 500 coupon will not be redeemable on products from brands such as Apple, OnePlus, and Sony.

13.    Two or more coupons cannot be clubbed; only one coupon per bearer/customer/user will be accepted.

14.    A Coupon can be used only once. Partial redemption is not allowed.

15.    The Coupon carries no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

16.    The Coupon cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, discounts, or promotions at the Store.

17.    The Coupon and the benefits thereunder cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

18.    Only the original Coupon is valid for redemption. If the Coupon is lost, stolen, or misplaced, no replacement or compensation will be provided. Copies or mutilated, damaged, or defaced coupons will not be accepted.

19.    Once issued, a Coupon will not be reissued or cancelled. Any exchange made by the bearer will be considered a valid discharge of Reliance’s liabilities.

20.    The customer/bearer using the Coupon shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as those available at the customer desk at the Stores.

21.    Reliance shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the usage or redemption of the Coupon. The bearer/customer agrees to indemnify and hold Reliance harmless from any and all claims.

22.    Reliance reserves the right to alter any or all of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

23.    The decision of Reliance on any matter related to the Coupon shall be final and binding.

24.    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
