Terms and Conditions

1.     “Shop for Rs. 50,000/- and above and get Assured Freebies (hereinafter referred as “Offer”). The Offer is run and administered by Reliance Retail Limited (“RRL”/ “Reliance”) for its customer at at Reliance store named “Reliance Digital” located at Orion Mall, Panvel, Maharashtra (“Participating Store”) The Offer is open to all the Indian citizens residing in India and above 18 years of age and who comply with the terms and conditions of the Offer.

2.     Customer who Shops for Rs. 50,000/- and above, shall be eligible/entitled for the Offer (“Eligible Customer”).

3.     This Offer will be available at Stores during the period from 9 Apr 2026 to 9 May 2026 both days inclusive, during the working hours of the Stores (“Offer Period”)

4.     On purchase of Rupee 50,000/- or more under a single invoice, customer may pick one scratch card from the designated bowl and scratch the same for instantly reveal and receive the assured surprice freebie (hereinafter referred as “Freebie”). 

5.     Eligible customers shall receive one assured freebie, which shall be provided as a surprise element and shall be disclosed only upon scratching the coupon.

6.     The freebie shall be pre-determined by the Company, and customers shall not have the option to select, exchange, or request modification of the freebie.

7.     The freebie is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product.

8.     The offer is subject to availability of freebies and may be withdrawn, modified, or substituted with a product of equivalent value at the sole discretion of the Company.

9.     In case of return, cancellation, or partial refund of the purchased products resulting in the invoice value falling below INR 50,000/-, the customer shall be required to return the freebie in unused condition. If the freebie is not returned, the value of the freebie may be deducted from the refund amount.

10.  RRL does not endorse any of the Products being offered under the Offer.

11.  Reliance will not entertain any communication regarding the quality, validity or acceptability of the Products under the Offer.

12.  This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer being run at store.

13.  Reliance shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused due to weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, epidemic, pandemic, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

14.  Any data given by the participant for e.g. Mobile Number, email Id and Name, will be used in strict confidence by RRL & their other partners and these will not be passed to any other uninterested party. However, such details may be used by Reliance for contacting the consumer in  future, after this Offer, for promotions, surveys, Offer communications, or such other reasons for any of the brands or Products marketed and / or sold by Reliance.

15.   Reliance can use the customer’s videos about their experience of purchases at the store internally and on the social media platforms, and for marketing purposes

Eligible Customer

16.   RRL shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or other liability to the Eligible Customers, arising out of the usage of Freebie .

17.   RRL not making any representation or providing any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, with respect to the Freebie  and or the Products.

18.   The Pictures of Product(s) and/or Freebie/s depicted on the Press ads/posters/trade/letters/point of sale material, etc. are only representative and the actual Product(s) or Freebie/s may vary from the depictions in colour, variant, model, etc.

19.   RRL shall not be liable for any loss of Opportunity by Eligible Customer in the Offer. Liability of RRL under this Offer is limited to the basic value of the Offer.

20.   RRL reserves its rights to stop the promotion of the Offer at any time without giving any notices to its customers.

21.  The decision of RRL as to the interpretation of any Clause shall be final and binding on the Participant in respect of the offer.

22.  Participation of Customer in the Offer is purely voluntary and by participation Eligible Customer is deemed to have accepted to and abide by these terms and conditions and waive their right to claim any ambiguity. By Participating, the Participant’s give his/her unconditional consent for use of their personal data to Reliance (Reliance Retail Limited) or any of its group companies for future promotion/marketing.

23.   Reliance being the administrator of this Offer/Promotion, reserve their right to amend/ withdraw/ discontinue/cancel and modify the Offer/Promotion scheme and its terms and conditions without any prior notice and assigning any reasons whatsoever to the Participant under this Offer/Promotion.

24.  Purchases made before or after the Offer Period shall not be eligible for any benefit under this Offer.

25.  This acceptance of the terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and the courts in Mumbai alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these terms and conditions or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

26.  By Participating in the Offer, Participant grants to Reliance a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable license to display, publish, announce or refer the details or photograph or name ("Material") in any form, electronic or print manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of trade, advertising, and promotion as Reliance and its licensees or assignees determine, without any further compensation, notification, or permission.

27.  Reliance reserves its right to display, publish, announce or refer the details or photograph or name ("Material") of any Participant under the Offer in electronic or print media, the Participant of Offer hereby unconditionally waives any and all current and future rights in the Material including right to claim against Reliance or its employees.

28.   Reliance shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third-party liability, whether directly or indirectly arising out of or in relation to this Freebie/gifting programme.

29.   Any dispute with regard to Product liability, guarantee, warranty and quality of the Products under this Freebie/gifting shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner and Reliance shall not be held responsible for the same.

30.  Age and Identity Proof*

- The winner must be at least 18 years old and provide valid government-issued ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar card, driving license, passport).

Prizes are subject to Indian Laws including tax regulations, All applicable TDS/taxes/levies and charges (including but not limited to Gift Tax, registration charges, insurance etc. where applicable) on Prize will be the responsibility of the winners.

31.  Reliance shall not be responsible for any loss , defect in quality of freebie or lack of communication for incorrect details as furnished by the winner/participants. Eligible customer shall be solely responsible for inspecting the conditions of the freebie at the time of receipt. No claims with regard to the freebie shall be entertained by Reliance.
