In Case of Freebie promotions, you can only cancel order fully (main + free) prior to the shipment is “Invoiced”. Orders cannot be cancelled once the package is “Invoiced”. You can track your order under ‘My Order’ section of your account on Platform

In Case of Freebie promotion, you can only return order fully (main + free) post the shipment is “Delivered”. You can track your order under ‘My Order’ section of your account on Platform or via link send to your email id.

On receipt of the cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order/shipments as long as it is not “Invoiced”. You will receive an email as soon as the cancellation is accepted and the amount paid towards the full order will be refunded to you within 3-7 (three to seven) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase.
Stock unavailability of Freebie items. -
In case the Freebie is not auto-added to the cart (due to stock unavailability), and you make a purchase with only the main product. We shall share a coupon code equivalent to the cost of the Freebie - post expiry of return period of the main product.

In case the freebie is not auto-added to the cart (due to stock unavailability), and you make a purchase with only the main product and later you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the Product(s) and cancel/return the main product, you will automatically be deemed not eligible for the Freebie.
