1.     Brands which are not part of the offer (Excluded) are - Apple, One Plus, Motorola, Sony, POCO, IQOO, IFFALCON.

2.     Purchase the Prebook Coupon for ₹499 during the promotion period to become eligible for a ₹2,000 discount on select products.

3.     Upon successful purchase of the Prebook Coupon, a unique ₹2,000 discount coupon code will be sent to the customer's registered mobile number.

4.     The discount coupon is valid only on select products identified under this promotion on Reliance Digital stores and reliancedigital.in.

5.     The coupon can be redeemed only once, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

6.     The coupon is valid across all payment modes accepted on Reliance Digital channels, unless otherwise specified.

7.     The coupon can only be redeemed during the redemption period from 4th August 2026 to 16 August 2026 (both dates inclusive). Coupons not redeemed within the validity period will automatically expire.

8.     Irrespective of whether the customer redeems the ₹2,000 discount coupon, the ₹499 refundable deposit will be refunded to the original mode of payment after the promotion period, subject to successful processing.

9.     The refund of the ₹499 deposit will be processed after the promotion closes and may take additional time to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment method and the issuing bank/payment partner.

10.  The discount coupon cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, exchange benefit, or coupon unless expressly permitted by Reliance Digital.

11.  Reliance Digital reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion, including these Terms & Conditions, at its sole discretion without prior notice.

12.  All decisions of Reliance Digital regarding eligibility, coupon issuance, redemption, refunds, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.
