& CONIDTIONS
Shop and Win - ₹30 Crores worth of prizes
1.
This
“Shop and Win ₹30 Crores worth of Prizes including Buy any Laptop and
stand a chance to Win Scholarships from ₹ 1 Crore prize pool” promotional
campaign (Campaign) is run by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance” or
“Organiser”)).
2.
Campaign
Validity Period: 31st May 2025 to 31st August 2025.
3.
An
adult Indian resident Customer, who make a purchase of ₹15,000/- (Rupees
Fifteen Thousand ) or more in a single transaction under a tax invoice of Reliance
organiser (“Eligible Bill”) at any of the participating
“Reliance Digital” or “My Jio” or “Jio Mart digital” stores or online stores/platforms
(www.reliancedigital.in) of
Organiser (collectively referred to as “Participating Stores”) during the
validity of Campaign Period shall be deemed an “Eligible Customer” or
“Participant”
5.
Total
prize pool of worth ₹30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores) under this Campaign
includes the value of prizes given in the table below namely scholarships, 25
Cars, 48 bikes, 600+ electronic items and assured gifts.
6.
Eligible
Customers shall have the opportunity to be selected for a Scholarship or a
Prize from the designated prize pool in accordance with the prize schedule
outlined herein, by participating in one of the contests namely: (i) Mega Prize
through Lucky Draw - applicable across India, except in Tamil Nadu and
Puducherry. (ii) Prizes through Slogan Contest – applicable only in the states
of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. (iii) Boot Up India – Scholarship Lucky Draw (applicable
across India, except in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry) and (iv) Boot Up India – Scholarship
Slogan contest (applicable only in the states of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry) –
applicable against eligible laptop purchases (collectively referred to as the
“Contest”) conducted as part of the Campaign. Selection and participation under
each Contest shall be subject to the terms and conditions specific to that
Contest as set forth herein.

7. For the Slogan Contest
(TN & Puducherry): After laptop purchase from offline stores, scan the QR
code at the point of sale, open the linked Campaign Platform, register by
entering required details, and submit a slogan on: “I love shopping at Reliance
Digital because……….”. After laptop purchase from online platform
(reliancedigital.in), eligible participants will receive the link via SMS on
registered number, to register and submit the slogan, within 7 days of the invoice
date.
8. Under no circumstances
shall the Organiser be held liable for participants (in Tamil Nadu &
Puducherry) not receiving the participation form link if such non-receipt is a
result of DND restrictions on their registered mobile numbers.
10.
Each
Eligible Customer is entitled to a single entry and shall be eligible to win a
prize under only one category or contest. Multiple entries from the same
customer shall be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
11.
Purchases
made before or after the Campaign Period shall not qualify for participation or
benefits under this Campaign.
12.
Customers
must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, address, and
email ID) at the time of purchase and ensure that these details are correctly
recorded in the Eligible Bill.
13.
Participation
is voluntary, and customers are advised to read and understand these T&Cs
before participating.
14. Winners will be
selected via computerized randomiser or draw of lots from the pool of the
database of Eligible Bills or Participants or Slogan entries, as applicable
15. The Organiser is not
responsible for incorrect or incomplete information (such as name, contact
details, Emil ID, or other personal information) of Eligible Customer on
invoices.
16. Winners will be
notified via contact details (email ID or phone number) provided on the
Eligible Bill. The Organiser is not liable for failed notifications due to
incorrect contact details or non-responsiveness
17. Organiser is not
responsible for technical issues including mobile network failures, website
downtime, or regulatory disruptions.
18. Winners agree to be
photographed/recorded with their prize, tag the Organiser on social media, and
consent to the use of their content in Organiser's marketing materials. The
Organizer may feature the Winner and its details on digital, print, or
audio-visual media including on its website, online platforms or social media
19. Organiser reserves the
right to: (a) Disqualify Participants or Winner for breach of these Terms and
Conditions; (b) select alternate Winners in case of disqualification or
non-compliance; (c) Request verification documents such as proof of admission
and fee payment for scholarship award, and proof of payment for
Registration/RTO/Road Tax/ Insurance premium for vehicle prizes.
20. Winners must claim
their prizes within fifteen (15) days of being notified and must submit all
required documents, including but not limited to the original Eligible Bill,
PAN card, Valid Government-issued photo ID/address proof, scholarship admission
and educational fee receipts, vehicle-related payment receipts, and proof of
applicable tax deductions. Failure to provide the necessary documentation
within the specified timeline shall result in forfeiture of the prize.
21. Scholarships are
intended strictly for educational purposes and shall be disbursed only after
successful verification of relevant academic admission and fee payment
documentation.
22. For eligible customers’
who purchased via online platform, customer agrees to visit the nearby Reliance
Digital store to collect the prize. (store location will be notified at the
time of declaration of winners)
23. Prizes to be collected
from store of purchase. Organiser shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or
defect arising after the delivery of the Assured Gifts/ Prize.
24. Any visible damage or
defect in the Prizes/Assured Gifts must be reported at the time of receipt. No
subsequent claims shall be entertained.
25. All applicable taxes,
levies, and statutory charges, including but not limited to TDS and Gift Tax
under Income Tax Act, shall be borne solely by the winning customer. The
Organiser shall have no responsibility whatsoever in this regard.
26. Winners shall not be
eligible for the Prize if the qualifying order is subsequently cancelled or
returned.
27. Benefits under the
Campaign are non-transferable non-exchangeable and cannot be encashed for money
or clubbed with any other Offers of Organiser or Participating Stores.
28. The Organiser disclaims
all liability regarding the merchantability, quality, or fitness of the prizes.
Any warranties provided by the respective manufacturers or brands shall apply,
if available.
29. The Organiser shall not
be liable for any damage, loss, or defect arising after the delivery of the
prize.
30. Benefits under the Campaign
are non-transferable non-exchangeable and cannot be encashed for money or clubbed
with any other Offers of Organiser or Participating Stores.
31. Customer is not charged
extra for participating in the Contest/Campaign.
32. Organiser reserves its
right to cancel or amend the terms of this Campaign/Contest without assigning
any reason.
33. Organiser reserves its
right to curtail or extend the Campaign validity Period as deems fit and
necessary.
34. Lucky draw is not valid
in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and wherever prohibited under law however Slogan
contest is valid only in these states.
35. Employees of Organiser and
Participating Store’s staffs and their family members/relatives are not
eligible to participate in the Contest/Campaign.
36. Organiser reserves its
right to replace the Prize with similar or lower value items in case of stock
unavailability with Organiser.
37. No request of winner in
respect to a particular colour, model, type, design or configuration or
additional features of the Prize shall be entertained.
38. By participating in
this contest, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and
waive their right to claim any ambiguity. Participation constitutes waiver of
any ambiguity and specific consent to Organiser to contact for future
promotions, including bypassing ‘Do not Disturb’ status (“DND”) preferences..
39. By participating in the
Campaign/Contest, Participants and Winners unconditionally grant Organiser, its
affiliates, licensees, and assignees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce,
display, publish, announce, or refer to their name, photograph, personal
details, slogan, and any other content submitted or created in connection with
the Campaign/Contest (“Material”) across any media or format—whether print,
electronic, digital, social media, or any platform now known or hereafter
developed—for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, without any
further compensation, notice, or consent. Participants and Winners expressly
waive all current and future rights, claims, or demands, including any right to
compensation or objection, against Organiser or its personnel in relation to
the use of such Material.
40. The Organiser disclaims
all liability regarding the merchantability, quality, or fitness of the prizes.
Any warranties provided by the respective manufacturers or brands shall apply,
if available.
41. The Organiser’s
liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the value of the prize or
scholarship awarded to the Winner.
42. No disputes, or
grievances regarding the Campaign mechanics, prize distribution, or selection
process shall be entertained. Organiser’s decision is final and binding on
Participants/Winners.
43. Any dispute arising out
of or relating to this Campaign/Contest are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
44. In the event, the
Campaign becomes void or unenforceable due to enactment of new laws, amendments
to existing laws, or judicial/interim orders, the Organiser shall not be under
any obligation to provide the prize or any compensation in lieu thereof.
