Shop and stand a chance to Win from Prizes
Worth ₹5 Crores
1.
This
“Shop and stand a chance to Win a Prize (Prizes worth Rs 5 Crores Up for
Grab)” promotional campaign (Campaign) is run by Reliance Retail Limited
(Reliance).
2.
By
participating in the Campaign and associated Contests, customers agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs").
3.
Campaign
Validity Period: 31st May 2025 to 31st August 2025.
4.
An
adult Indian resident Customer, who make a purchase of ₹15,000/- (Rupees
Fifteen Thousand ) or more in a single transaction under a tax invoice of
organiser (“Eligible Bill”) at any of the participating “Reliance Digital” or “My
Jio” or “Jio Mart digital” stores or online stores/platforms (www.reliancedigital.in) of
Organiser (collectively referred to as “Participating Stores”) during the
validity of Campaign Period shall be deemed an “Eligible Customer” or
“Participant”
5.
Eligible
Customers must ensure accurate entry of personal details (name, phone number, email
ID, address) in the Eligible Bill.
6.
An
Eligible Customers shall stand a chance to win from the total prize pool worth ₹5
Crores, as detailed below through any one of the following contests namely: (i)
Mega Prize through Lucky Draw - applicable across India, except in Tamil Nadu
and Puducherry. (ii) Prizes through Slogan Contest – applicable only in the
states of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. (iii) Boot Up Scholarship for Laptop
purchase via Lucky Draw (collectively referred to as the “Contest”) organized under
the Campaign

7. Each Eligible Customer
can win one prize from the pool of prizes offered under the Campaign (“Prize”).
Multiple purchases do not increase chances of winning; one entry per customer
only.
8. Purchases made outside
the Campaign Period are not eligible.
9. The Eligible Customer
must provide accurate personal details including contact number, residential
address, and email ID, and must ensure that these details are correctly
captured in the Eligible Bill at the time of purchase.
10. Participation is
voluntary, and customers are advised to read and understand these T&Cs
before participating.
11.
This campaign is
currently not applicable for users buying online (www.reliancedigital.in) from
the states of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry.
12. Winner selection
schedule: Weekly winners: (a) Every Tuesday for entries from the preceding week
(1st week: 31/05/2025 to 08/06/2025) and (b) Mega & Scholarship winners:
Within 30 days after Campaign ends
13. Winners will be
selected via computerized randomiser or draw of lots from the pool of the
database of Eligible Bills or Participants. Or Slogan entries as applicable
14. The Organiser is not
responsible for incorrect or incomplete information (such as name, contact
details, Emil ID, or other personal information) of Eligible Customer on
invoices.
15. Winners will be
notified via contact details (email ID or phone number) provided on the
Eligible Bill. The Organiser is not liable for failed notifications due to
incorrect contact details or non-responsiveness
16. The Organiser s not
responsible for technical issues including mobile network failures, website
downtime, or regulatory disruptions.
17. Winners agree to be
photographed/recorded with their prize, tag the Organiser on social media, and
consent to the use of their content in Organiser's marketing materials. The
Organizer may feature the Winner and its details on digital, print, or
audio-visual media including on its website, online platforms or social media
18. The Organiser reserves
the right to: (a) Disqualify Participants or Winner for breach of these Terms
and Conditions; (b) select replacements for disqualified winners; (c) Request
proof of admission/enrolment and fee payment receipt of educational institution
for scholarship claims
19. Winners must claim prizes
within 15 days of announcement and submit required documents including original
Eligible Bill, proof of payment of TDS or Gift Tax, PAN Card, Govt Issued ID proof,
residential proof or any other document as requested and acceptable to Organiser
otherwise the same will be forfeited. Additionally, for scholarship valid proof
of academic admission and fee payment receipt of a recognized educational
institution to be submitted.
20. Scholarships are
strictly for education of students and disbursed post verification.
21.
Delivery location of
prize is nearby Reliance Digital store for Online customer & for Store
customer where the Product was purchased by Winner.
22. Damaged /broken condition
or visible defects if any on Prizes shall be reported immediately upon receipt at
the Store only. Later or subsequent claims shall not be entertained.
23. All applicable taxes,
levies, and statutory charges—including Gift Tax, TDS under Section 194B of the
Income Tax Act, and Registration /RTO fee/Road Tax /Insurance premium for
vehicles, shall be solely borne by the winner.
24. Winners shall not be eligible for the Prize if the
qualifying order is subsequently cancelled or returned.
25. Prizes will be given on
an “as-is”
basis, without any warranties or guarantees from the Organiser however product
warranty given by Manufacturer/Brand shall be passed on to the Winner.
Organiser makes no representation or warranty regarding the suitability of the
prizes for any specific purpose.
26. The Organiser shall not
be liable for any damage, loss, or defect arising after the delivery of the
prize.
27. Benefits under the Campaign
are non-transferable non-exchangeable and cannot be encashed for money or clubbed
with any other Offers of Organiser or Participating Stores.
28. Customer is not charged
extra for participating in the Contest/Campaign.
29. No request for cash
redemption, prize exchange or enhancements will be entertained.
30. Compliance with Indian
laws, including tax obligations on prizes is the sole responsibility of
winners.
31. Organiser reserves its
right to cancel or amend the terms of this Campaign/Contest without assigning
any reason.
32. Organiser reserves its
right to curtail or extend the Campaign validity Period as deems fit and
necessary.
33. Lucky draw is not valid
in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and wherever prohibited under law however Slogan
contest is valid only in these states.
34.
Employees of Organiser and
Participating Store’s staffs and their family members/relatives are not
eligible to participate in the Contest/Campaign.
35. Organiser reserves its
right to replace the Prize with similar or lower value items in case of stock
unavailability with Organiser.
36. No request of winner in
respect to a particular colour, model, type, design or configuration or
additional features of the Prize shall be entertained.
37. By participating in
this contest, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and
waive their right to claim any ambiguity. Participation constitutes waiver of
any ambiguity and specific consent to Organiser to contact for future
promotions, including bypassing ‘Do not Disturb’ status (“DND”) preferences.
38. By participating in the
Campaign/Contest, Participants and Winners unconditionally grant the Organiser,
its affiliates, licensees, and assignees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce,
display, publish, announce, or refer to their name, photograph, personal
details, slogan, and any other content submitted or created in connection with
the Campaign/Contest (“Material”) across any media or format—whether print,
electronic, digital, social media, or any platform now known or hereafter
developed—for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, without any
further compensation, notice, or consent. Participants and Winners expressly
waive all current and future rights, claims, or demands, including any right to
compensation or objection, against the Organiser or its personnel in relation
to the use of such Material.
39. The Organiser disclaims
responsibility for prize quality or merchantability; manufacturer /brand
warranties apply.
40. Organiser’s liability
to Winner is limited to the prize value won.
41. No claims or grievances
regarding the Campaign, winner selection and contest process will be entertained.
The Organiser’s decision is final and binding on Participants/Winners.
42. Any dispute arising out
of or relating to this Campaign/Contest are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
43. In the event, the Campaign
/Contest is termed as void due to introduction of any new legislation or by
amendment to the existing legislation or by judicial orders, the Campaign
/Contest shall become invalid /null and void and Organiser shall not be liable
to award or give any Prize or any compensation in lieu thereof to any of the
Eligible Customers/Participants/ Winners.
