Additional 2 Years Extended Warranty Offer

·       On purchase of select Windows Laptops*, the customer will receive an additional 2 years of extended warranty over and above the standard brand warranty. The 2-year extended warranty will become applicable once the brand warranty ends.

·       Offer is applicable on selected products only, check product page for offer applicability.

·       Extended Warranty Offer valid till 31st August 2026.

·       ResQ team will configure the extended warranty from the back-end for the customer. The customer will receive a message confirmation of the same.

·       The customer to download the ResQ app and upload the required details in the following month. Terms & Conditions will be available within the ResQ app. (ResQ Purchased History, download Ekit).

·       The additional 2 Years Extended Warranty will become applicable once the standard brand warranty ends.

·       The offer cannot be clubbed with any other OEM offer or ongoing extended warranty promotion. In case of an existing OEM offer, this offer would not be applicable.

·       The Offer is not open for employees of Reliance Retail Ltd. and the ResQ / Service Partner and their family members, and the employees (and their relatives) of all its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their authorised suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, etc.

·       This Offer is not exchangeable for “cash” and is non-transferable and cannot be sold.

·       Reliance Retail Ltd. / ResQ shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to the consumers or any other person’s mobile handset or computer, related to, or resulting from, participation in this Offer.

·       If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Reliance Retail Ltd. / ResQ which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, Reliance Retail Ltd. / ResQ reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.

·       Reliance Retail Ltd. / ResQ reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend this Offer at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. Decision of Reliance Retail Ltd. shall be final and binding regarding this Offer.

·       Any participation in this Offer is purely voluntary and shall be deemed as acceptance of all the Terms & Conditions of this Offer.

·       All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in Mumbai only.
