Discount Coupon - Terms and Conditions

1.     The Discount Coupon (Coupon) is property of Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”)

2.     Coupon is issued to you against your viewership/user/subscriber of an Advertisement of products and stores of Reliance on Meta platforms (Campaign) on your WhatsApp.

3.     This Campaign will provide an opportunity to the customers/ viewers to receive this Discount coupon code on their WhatsApp number

4.     Coupon is redeemable only against purchase of select Products (Products) at few select Reliancedigital stores of Reliance (“Store”).

5.     Coupon is valid for redemption between 28.11.2025 to 01.12.2025 (Validity period)

6.     This Coupon entitles the bearer/holder to get a discount of INR 500/- upon purchase of new select Products at any of the Stores during its validity

7.     In case a user/customer receives multiple coupons via multiple advertisement sources/ channels then they will not be clubbable and only one discount coupon of Rs.500 will be allowed for redemption. 

8.     During the offer period the customer will get an additional coupon on minimum purchase of 10,000 which will be applicable for the customers shopping on reliancedigital.in (“Reliance Digital Website”) or Reliance Digital Application (“Reliance Digital App”).

9.     The coupon will be applicable on select products and maximum discount will be 5% up to Rs 3000.

10.  Two or more Coupons can’t be clubbed i.e. only one coupon per bearer/customer/user will be accepted.

11.  Coupon can be used only once. Partial redemption not allowed.

12.  This Coupon carries no cash value and cannot be redeemed against cash.

13.  This Coupon cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offers or discounts or promotions at Store.

14.  Coupon and the benefits thereunder cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit

15.  Coupon in original from is redeemable by the bearer. If the Coupon is lost or stolen or misplaced, there will be no replacement or compensation. Copies of Coupon or mutilated, damaged or defaced Coupons, will not be accepted.

16.  Coupon once issued shall not be reissued or cancelled. Any exchange by a bearer will be considered a valid discharge of Reliance’s liabilities.

17.  Customer/Bearer of Coupon using the Coupon in any manner shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions available at the customer desk at the Stores.

18.  Reliance shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the usage/redemption of Coupon and bearer/customer agrees to indemnify and hold Reliance harmless from and against any and all.

19.  Reliance reserves the right to alter any /all the terms and conditions of this Coupon any time without prior notice.

20.  The decision of Reliance on any matter related to Coupon shall be final and binding.

21.  All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai courts alone.
