1.
Get a chance to win AP Dhillon: One
Of One Tour - Mumbai passes by participating in this contest.
2.
Campaign run by Reliance Digital on its social page and
get a chance to win AP Dhillon: One Of One Tour - Mumbai passes(“Contest”)
3.
By participating in the Contest
under the Campaign, the entrant/participant has agreed to abide by these Terms
& Conditions.
4.
This Contest is limited to the
concert happening in Mumbai from 23rd to 25th December “concert.
5.
A valid social media account holder
who is an Indian resident age 18 years and above residing in Mumbai, India is
eligible to participate in the Contest.
6.
Contest is not open to employees of
Reliance Digital or to immediate relatives of the employees of Reliance Digital
or its marketing agency who runs and manages the Contest/Campaign
7.
Contest is open on the Instagram page
of Reliance digital from 23rd December 2025 19:00 PM Hours to 25th
December 2025 24:00 hours (“Contest Period”)
8.
Steps to participate in the
Campaign/Contest: Login to your Instagram account /page, visit Reliance digital
(RD) Instagram Campaign page check the Post comment on the post before 25th
December 24:00 and the most creative responses will be shortlisted and 2
winners will be selected through a randomiser tool.
9.
Maintaining an active Instagram account by
Participant /Winner is mandatory
10.
Total five (2) Winners
will be selected on the basis on a tool called as randomiser
11.
The winners will be
announced on 26th December 2025. As a Gratification/reward under the
Contest each winner is entitled to Two tickets each.
12.
The Ticket will be
given to you at the store to receive the ticket, you will have to share a short
10 sec vertical video on your experience of winning the contest and getting the
passes.
13.
If the winner does not turn or claim his/her
concert ticket on or before 26th December 13:00 PM, the same will be
forfeited and Winner shall not make any subsequent claim in this regard
14.
Reliance Digital will not be
responsible for any Travel, Boarding and Lodging cost for any of the winners.
Reliance Digital will only provide the tickets for the concert
15.
Availing the benefits and or entering the Event
and under the concert Ticket/Pass by any person is at its sole risk and
consequences
16.
Exchange or encashment in lieu of the reward
i.e. ticket/pass is strictly prohibited and no request of any nature in this
regard shall be entertained.
17.
The winner shall be responsible for payment of
charges/fees, if any applicable to see the concert or entry into the
arena. Only concert ticket is being
provided by Reliance Digital and Winner has bear and pay all charges/expenses,
if any attached to the Ticket and /or avail the benefits under the said ticket.
18.
Terms and condition at the concert arena are in
addition to these terms and condition
19.
Usage of any illegal & unfair means to
participate in the Contest and/or Entries/Replies on RD Instagram with
non-compliance/adherence to these Terms and Conditions shall be
rejected/disqualified.
20.
Reliance Digital reserves its right at its sole
discretion to disqualify any such entries /replies/posts at any time.
Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint
against Reliance Digital in this respect.
21.
Reliance Digital shall not be responsible for
system outages, delays, equipment malfunctions, errors, or data loss of any
kind, lost or unavailable connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or
deleted transmissions or other technological difficulties or any other force
majeure event that may prevent a participant from participating in this
contest. Further, Reliance Digital shall not be held responsible or liable for:
(a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other
conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or
damaged transmissions; (c) any computer or communications-related malfunctions
or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the
control of the Reliance Digital; or (f) any delay, non-receipt or loss of Tickets /Gratification
(g) any loss or damage caused to user of the Concert ticket (h) in case the Concert is called-off or
abandoned or shifted out of Mumbai
22.
The participants confirm that the
reply/comments shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, misleading, false,
denigrating women, artist, celebrity, or children, hurting religious
sentiments, depicting violence or against the public policy of India or/and the
internal policies of Reliance Digital. In such case Reliance Digital reserves
its right to have such reply/comments disqualified and removed from its Instagram
Page.
23.
Winners must carry
their Government ID proof while collecting the tickets
24.
Winner has to provide
its personal details such as Name, Age, Email ID, Mobile No and residential address
along with Government ID proof to receive the gratification.
25.
Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary and at the sole
discretion of the individual Participant; Reliance digital shall neither be
held accountable nor held responsible to the Participant for misuse of their
entries in any form after copying/downloading the same from the contest page.
26.
Participation in
Contest by a participant constitutes their permission to Reliance Digital to
use their name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity,
advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and the
participant will not claim or demand at any time any compensation or favour
from Reliance Digital in any manner whatsoever. All documents relating to the participation
and/or the content of the entries shall become the exclusive property of
Reliance Digital.
27.
Reliance Digital
reserves its right to extend/ change/ modify/ withdraw the Contest/campaign at
any point of time at its sole discretion, and without any prior notice or
without assigning any reasons
28.
Incorrect/incomplete/invalid
entries will be disqualified. Neither Reliance Digital nor any of its respective parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors,
shareholders, agents and employees, nor any agencies (collectively
"Contest Entities") are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry
of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data
transmission, lost/delayed/misdirected mail, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, line failure of any telephone or other network, computer equipment,
software or any combination thereof, or for late, lost, damaged, misdirected,
incorrect or incomplete entry.
29.
This acceptance of the
terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given at Mumbai, Maharashtra,
India and the courts in Mumbai alone will have exclusive jurisdiction to
entertain any proceedings in any way relating to or concerning these terms and
conditions or any rights, duties, obligations or liabilities arising there
under to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
30.
Reliance Digital and
its group companies, affiliates and marketing agencies will not be liable to
any Participant or Winner or user of Concert ticket for any loss (including, without
limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits),
expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained
(whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this
Contest or the acceptance or use of the gratification i.e. Concert ticket.
31.
By participating in
this Contest and accepting or using the gratification, the participant/winner
and/or the user of the Concert ticket agrees and undertakes to indemnify and
keep Reliance Retail Limited from any suit, claim, cost, penalty or damages
arising out of their conduct during the Concert or in relation to this Contest.
To this clause, 'Reliance Retail Limited' includes its parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, directors, employees and agencies.
32.
In addition to these
conditions, Conditions or Rules of Instagram and Concert event are applicable.
33.
Any attempt to
deliberately damage or undermine the operation of this Contest is a violation
of criminal and civil laws. Reliance Digital reserves its rights to disqualify
and/or seek damages from any individual making any such attempts to the full
extent permitted by law.
34.
The Participant winner agrees to the
use of his/her name and image by Reliance Digital in any of their publicity/Ad
materials, as well as their entry and winning of Gratification under the
Contest
35.
Reliance
Digital reserves its right: (a) to disqualify any Participant /Winner if it has
reasonable grounds to believe the Participant /Winner has breached any of these
terms and conditions. (b) to decide whether a replacement Winner should be
selected in the event any Winner is disqualified from the Contest or not
accepted the winner communication and not claimed the Gratification within the
prescribed time period (c) to ask for age proof document to confirm the winner
is not under 18 years (d) to ask for
submission of original documents of the winner such as Photo Identity proof,
age proof, residential proof and personal details.
36.
Reliance
Digital's decision on all matters relating to this Contest is final, conclusive
and binding and Reliance Digital will not entertain any further claims,
correspondences and shall not be subjected to any dispute or challenge.
37.
The Contest shall be void if prohibited by law. In such an
event, Reliance Digital shall not be liable to provide any other Contest or
benefit or any compensation in lieu thereof.
38.
In case of any ambiguity in the Contest or marketing promotions
and communications of the Contest, the decisions of Reliance Digital will be
final, conclusive, and binding.
