authorised RESQ engineer on behalf of Reliance Digital.In case of any query, Customer can call up 1800 889 1055 or

once the AC has been delivered
Scope of Service as
under:
SPLIT AC
·
Unpack the Split AC &
Allied Accessories
RESQ will unbox all the contents of the packaging,
including the Indoor & Outdoor Unit, pipes, power cable.
·
Perform & feasibility
check
Before installation, RESQ will check to see if the
place where you want the Split AC installed has everything needed, such as an
accessible power point & adequate area on the other side of the wall for
the Outdoor unit. The service engineer might recommend alternate solutions
if there be any concerns.

Install the Split AC
o
RESQ engineer will install the outdoor unit &
pull in pipes through a hole in the wall that has been made for this
purpose
o
RESQ engineer will then fix the indoor unit
following which the pipes shall be connected to the indoor unit
o
RESQ engineer fill the open space in the hole with
cement to ensure no loss of cooling

Connect the Power Supply
Engineer will then fix the power cable as per your
requirement to the nearest power plug point.
·
Split AC Demonstration
o
Switch on & run the AC for at least ten minutes
o
Run through the key features of the product and how
to use it
o
You could ask questions about the product related
to warranty, care & maintenance, various do’s & don’ts
WINDOW AC
·
Unpack the Window AC &
Allied Accessories
RESQ engineer will unbox all the contents of the
packaging, including the AC Unit, Outer Cabinet, Front Grill, Filters etc.
·
Install the Window AC
Engineer will fix the outer cabinet in the place
that is available, following which we will place the AC unit in the cabinet. We
will then fix the front grill & filters to complete installation.
·
Connect the Power Supply
Engineer will fix the power cable as per your
requirement to the nearest power plug.
·
Window AC Demonstration
o
Switch on & run the AC for at least ten minutes
o
Run through the key features of the product and how
to use it
o
You could ask questions about the product related
to warranty, care & maintenance, various do’s & don’ts
Disclaimer:
Standard installation covers the details mentioned
above. Non-standard requirements like Core Cutting, Site Modification, Grill
Cutting, ODU Stand Fixing Charges, Extra Material like Copper Pipe, Vinyl Tape,
Cables will be charged as per rate card.
Installation if done by anyone other than RESQ
authorised engineer can lead to Warranty
on AC being Void
