·         Instant Discount up to Rs.12,000 is applicable on select Samsung tablets on HDFC Bank Credit Card Full Swipe & Credit/Debit Card EMI transactions.

·         Offer valid till 28 Feb, 2025.

·         For any transactions not routed to Pine gateway, cashback will not be posted as per the details shared on the product page.

·         The eligible product should be the only item in cart to avail the “Card Offers via Pinelabs”.

·         Offer is not applicable on cancelled/returned orders.

·         Offer applicable once per card (across EMI & Non EMI transactions)

Other Terms & Conditions:

·         Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit & Debit Card/ EMI transactions during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).

·         Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.

·         Reliance Retail & Partner Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.

·         Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

·         Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

·         Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.

·         Decision of Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.

·         All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

·         By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective  directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
