• Offer applicable once per card per form factor during offer period
• Cashback for all eligible transactions will be posted within 90 business days from the offer end date.
• Offer not valid on Commercial Cards.
• No two offers can be clubbed together.

Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• This Cashback (“Offer”) is run by HDFC Bank (“Partner”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
• Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the stores of merchant & the online website.
• Offer is valid from 10th April to 18th April’21 including both these days.
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Offer is valid on purchase of products worth Rs. 10,000/- or more in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment by using eligible Credit Cards during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
• Benefit under this Offer is limited to a maximum of Rs 3,000/- per card for EMI transactions and Rs.1, 500 for Non EMI transactions.
• Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable
• Reliance Retail & HDFC Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
• Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
• Decision of HDFC Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Reliance, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
