Reliance Digital website or the mobile application (collectively called as “Reliance digital.in”) by the customer (“You” or “User”) along with Apple is offering Instant Bank Discount on select products through transactions made using HDFC Credit Card (EMI and Full Swipe) and Debit Card (EMI only).

Eligible Products

• The Offer shall be valid on select Electronic products sold by Reliance Retail Limited on Reliancedigital.in. The Offer shall not be valid for the excluded selection.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Offer is open to Indian customers holding a valid and current Credit/Debit Card issued by HDFC Bank to make a purchase at the online channel.
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Under no circumstance will the benefit offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the Partner Bank or by Merchant.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Reliance Retail & Partner Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• Decision of Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
• The User using Reliance digital website shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions listed on Reliancedigital.in. Please read the terms carefully.
• The cancellation, return or refund of the products shall be in accordance with the Return and Refund policy listed on Reliance digital website.

• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank, Reliance and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
