You need to know your Apple ID password at the time of your appointment to disable Find My Device.
Please note that we are unable to accept any device which is Find My Device is active . So please check your password of your Apple ID before visiting the Service Centre.

Your iPhone data may be erased during service. Please make sure you back up your data either on your computer or using iCloud. Please note that we will not be responsible for any data loss. So requesting you to do the back up before visiting the service centre.
