- Offer applicable only on EMI transactions through Credit / Debit Cards issued by HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank and Credit Cards issued by Citibank & Kotak Mahindra Bank.
- Offer is NOT applicable on Non EMI transactions.
- Minimum transaction amount to avail the offer is Rs. 15,000.
- Maximum Cashback capped at Rs.2000.
- Customer can avail the offer once per card per calendar month.
- Offer valid from 10th March 2022 to 30th June 2022.
- Cashback for eligible Card transactions to be posted within 90 days of last date of transaction month.
- Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand4 offer. In case an existing brand offer – customer to receive brand offer only.
- Debit Card EMI facility is available on purchase of select products only and only select customers are pre-approved by the bank to avail Debit Card EMI facility.
- This “cashback” subject to a maximum capped at Rs 2000/- marketing promotion” (“Offers”) is run by Citibank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank & Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Partners”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
- Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the stores of merchant & the online website.
- Offer valid from 10th March 2022 to 30th June 2022.
- Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
- Offer is valid on purchase of products worth Rs. 15,000/- or more in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment by using eligible Credit Card/Debit card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
- Benefit under this Offer is limited to a maximum of Rs 2000/- per card per calendar month.
- Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
- Reliance Retail & Partner Banks reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
- Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
- Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
- Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
- Decision of Partner Banks in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
- By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Reliance, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
