- Purchasing Device on Online Portal -
o Customer while buying Mobile phones will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on the Website.
o The price of the Device as listed on the Online Portal shall be inclusive of all taxes.
o While purchasing Customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the respective Online Portal such as customer name, mobile number, and e-mail id, model number and colour of the Device, without which the purchase will be incomplete.
o The phone will be dispatched by the Online Portal and the Customer will be notified for the same via SMS or e-mail.
o Customers who have purchased the Mobile phones will get a coupon code 15 days after the Phone is delivered (as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in table above). tTo claim the “offer”, customers have to place an order on www.reliancedigital.in for the eligible offer product Powerbank/Smartwatch by placing an order forusing the coupon code shared by Reliance Digital.
o Customers who haven’t received coupon codes to redeem the offer within 15 days of delivery of the Mobile Phone are requested to contact our Customer Action Center on 1800 889 1055 or email us at reliancedigital@ril.com. - By availing the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or e-mail on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications from Reliance Digital or its authorized partners.
