• Cashback for eligible transactions to be posted within 90 days of last date of transaction month on best efforts basis.

Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• This “cashback” (“Offer”) is made available by ICICI Bank (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
• Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the merchants’ stores or online website reliancedigital.in.
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Offer is valid on purchase of products worth Rs. 10,000/- or more in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment of minimum Rs. 10,000 via Credit Card EMI during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s stores or online website. (Eligible Customer).
• Benefit under this Offer is limited to only once per card per month across the stores and online website.
• Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
• Reliance Retail & ICICI Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
• Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
• Decision of ICICI Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
