  • Offer valid from 6th August 2021 to 16th August 2021.
  • Offer also applicable on Credit / Debit Card EMI transactions.
  • Maximum discount is capped at Rs. 1500 for Non EMI transactions & Rs. 3000 for EMI transactions.
  • Minimum purchase required to avail the offer is Rs. 10,000.
  • Offer is NOT applicable on HDFC Bank Debit Card Non EMI transactions.
  • Offer applicable twice per Credit Card (limited to once for Non EMI & Once for EMI) across the stores & website.
  • Eligible cards would be able see “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” button in the payments page after filling the card details. In order to avail the discount, customer needs to mandatorily click on the button & select the applicable promotion.
  • Offer NOT applicable on HDFC Bank Commercial Credit Cards.
  • Discount is NOT applicable on Products with No Cost EMI offer. For such transactions, cashback shall be posted by 30th November 2021 (only in absence of brand cashback offer).

    • Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

  • This “Discount / Cashback” (“Offer”) is made available by HDFC Bank (“HDFC”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
  • Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card / Debit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the merchants’ stores or online website www.reliancedigital.in.
  • Offers are valid from 6th August 2021. Both Offers end on 16th August 2021.
  • Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
  • Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit Card / Debit Card / EMIs during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s stores or online website. (Eligible Customer).
  • Benefit under this Offer is capped at Rs. 1500 for Non EMI transactions & Rs. 3000 for EMI transaction per card across the merchants’ stores and online website.
  • Offer not valid on HDFC Bank Commercial Credit Cards.
  • Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
  • Eligible cards would be able see “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” button in the payments page after filling the card details. In order to avail the discount, customer needs to mandatorily click on the button & select the applicable promotion.
  • In case NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount.
  • In case of two promos available, discount would be applicable as per the promo code chosen by the customer.
  • In case of payment failure or cancelled orders, promo code would be reactivated within 30 minutes.
  • Reliance Retail & HDFC Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
  • Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
  • Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
  • Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
  • Decision of HDFC Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
  • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
  • By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
