- Offer applicable only on EMI transactions.
- Offer valid from 01st October 2021 to 31th December 2021.
- Maximum discount is capped at Rs. 5000.
- Minimum purchase required to avail the offer is Rs. 20,000.
- Offer applicable five times per card per month during the offer period.
- Offer applicable on all Consumer & corporate cards of American express Issued cards in India only.
- Discount shall be auto-applied for the eligible cards at the payment page. In case of multiple discount promotions on the same card, customer needs to choose “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” tab and choose the applicable promotion.
- Offer NOT applicable on Network Cards.
- Offer is NOT applicable on Products with No Cost EMI offer.
- Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
- 5% Instant Discount upto Rs. 3,000 on American Express Cards on transaction of Rs. 20,000 & above.
- Flat discount of Rs. 5,000 on transaction of Rs.1,00,000 & above.
- Offer applicable only on Non EMI transactions.
- Offer valid only on Friday from 08th October 2021 to 31st December 2021

- Offer applicable once per week per card during the offer period
- Offer applicable on all Consumer & corporate cards of American express Issued cards in India only.

- These “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by American Express (“Amex”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
- Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Amex Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the merchants’ stores or online website www.reliancedigital.in.
- Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
- Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Amex Cards EMIs during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
- Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
- In case of multiple promotions, if NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount. Discount would be applicable as per the promo code chosen by the customer.
- In case of payment failure, promo code would be reactivated within 30 minutes.
- Reliance Retail & American Express reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
- Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
- Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
- Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
- Decision of American Express in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
- By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
