- Flat 10% Instant Discount on Select Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued by leading banks on Non-EMI and EMI transactions.
- The Offer will be made available from 28th June 2023 (00:00:01) to 30th September 2023 (23:59:59) (“Offer Period”).
- Offer is valid on SELECT Credit and Debit Cards only. Discount shall be auto-applied for the eligible cards at the payment page.
- Offer is applicable on a minimum transaction value of Rs. 500.
- Offer is applicable on Select brands and products only. For applicability, please refer respective product page.
- Offer is applicable only five times per customer per eligible card.
- Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand Cashback offer or No Cost EMI offer – In case of availability of such offer, this discount offer shall not be applicable.
- Offer is NOT applicable on Commercial Credit and Debit Cards.
- In case of multiple discount offers available on the same card, customer would need to click on “View and apply offer” tab on the payments page and choose the offer. Discount shall apply basis the offer chosen by the customer.
- This “Discount Program” (“Offer”) is made available by Reliance Retail Ltd. (“Merchant”) for the customers shopping on www.reliancedigital.in (“Reliance Digital Website”).
- Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by the leading banks as per the offer terms.
- Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
- Under no circumstance will the benefit being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the bank or by Merchant.
- Offer not valid on Commercial Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
- Offer is valid on SELECT Cards only. Discount shall be auto-applied for the eligible cards at the payment page. Cards not eligible under this offer will not receive any additional discount on the payment page.
- Reliance Retail reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
- In case of full cancellation/return of order, transaction will not qualify for the benefit under this Offer. If customer cancels a part of his/her order, or if customer has not been supplied full order, he/she will qualify for the benefit only on the net amount paid on the basis eligibility.
- Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
- Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
- Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
- Decision of Merchant / Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
- By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
