LG unveiled its NanoCell TV line-up about a year back, which used a special filter with the LED panels to absorb specific wavelengths of light. The breakthrough technology improved colour output, resulting in a great experience. While the technology delivered top-notch picture quality, it was inaccessible to the masses due to its high pricing. LG is now making this technology more accessible by introducing the NanoCell 75 Series 4K TVs. These TVs are affordable versions of LG’s 2021 NanoCell line-up.

You can choose from three screen sizes. The 55-inch (55NANO75) and 65-inch (65NANO75) TVs are good for medium-sized rooms, while the 75-inch variant (75NANO75) is more ideal for large-sized rooms or offices. All models sport the 3,840 x 2,160 (4K) resolution. These TVs use direct-lit LED panels that helps in render consistent brightness across them. They use IPS technology so everyone can enjoy realistic picture quality, regardless of where you’re viewing them, even from extreme angles.

Like LG’s expensive OLED line-up, the NanoCell 75 Series TVs also support HDR10 and HLG formats. It lets you experience better highlights and a wide gamut of colours. Since most streaming apps now support HDR content, this is a must-have feature. The TV also has LG’s Filmmaker Mode that tries to maintain its original colours, and frame rates so you can enjoy the true authenticity of the picture.

The NanoCell 75 Series TVs are powered by LG’s Intelligent Quad Core 4K processor. LG says the CPU reduces picture noise and lets you have a crisp viewing experience with enhanced contrast, colour and blacks. It also drives LG’s AI 4K Upscaling feature that analyses the picture frame-by-frame and upscales it to 4K. This means you can enjoy 4K content, regardless of the source resolution. The CPU also powers the AI Sound feature that balances frequencies for a rich audio experience.

LG continues to level up its gaming features with the NanoCell Series 75 Series TVs. The TVs support ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) for a sharper picture and blur-free gaming experience. The line-up also comes with the updated Game Optimiser. It uses AI to detect various game genres and then automatically tweak the image and audio to enhance the experience. You can also use this feature to reduce blue light, and prevent input lag.

The NanoCell 75 Series TV runs on LG’s latest WebOS 6.0. The updated OS brings a new UI for faster access to frequently used apps. LG says the content discovery is now more streamlined, and the TV suggest shows and movies based on users viewing history. The TV comes pre-loaded with major streaming apps such as Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime and Disney+ Hotstar. You can download tons of others, including local ones such as Zee5, MX Player, Voot, and ALTBalaji from the LG Content Store.

For sports fans, there is also a Sports Alert feature that updates you on your favourite teams, players, and scores even when you are watching other content. The TV also comes with built-in Alexa and Google Assistant. This means you can use voice commands to open your favourite apps and even control smartphone devices right from the TV. The NanoCell 75 Series TVs also support Apple AirPlay2, so you can effortlessly share and mirror everything from your iOS device.

The NanoCell 75 TV is designed to be the centrepiece of your home and office. The TV nearly has nearly non-existent bezels, and its modern design should easily blend in with any home decor. LG says the TV is also slightly slimmer than the predecessor models. The all-metal back also has cut-outs for clean wire management. It comes with three HDMI ports and two USB ports for playing media through external drives. Most ports are placed on the right for easy access.

The TV has Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting audio devices. It also supports LG’s Bluetooth Surround Ready feature that lets you connect up to two compatible speakers for a surround sound experience. For wireless internet, there is Wi-Fi 6 and you also get a LAN port for wired connectivity. The TV ships with LG’s redesigned Magic Remote that is sleeker. It also makes finding content faster than ever before.

The NanoCell 75 Series TVs delivers a lot seen on premium TVs, but at accessible prices. The TV’s exclusive technology delivers excellent picture quality, and their high-end smart features make them a solid all-in-one package.
