Mr. Singh murmured to himself as he hurried out from the print shop to catch an auto. “O God, I am late again, now getting an auto is another task I hope to get one quickly.” a clearly worried Mr. Singh was frantically waiting for an auto Mr. Kumar (a resident of the same society where Mr. Singh resides) saw Mr. Singh and stopped the car and greeted him with a smile. “Good Morning Mr. Singh, you look in a hurry running late for work?” Mr. Singh in a haste and frustrated tone, “Yes, Mr. Kumar”. On seeing him all panicked Mr. Kumar said, “Relax Mr. Singh I am going towards CSMT side I can drop you till your office”.

Mr. Singh readily agreed to Mr. Kumar’s offer as he was running late for work. He took a sigh of relief and said, “Hadn’t you to stop by I would have been really late for sure, thank you so much”. “No problem Mr. Singh, I was passing by the printout shop and I happened to see you rushing out from there urgent print out for office work? “No, No Mr. Kumar, was at the print shop to get some printouts for Raju’s history project on Social Reformers of India. My wife said she would get it done but, by the time she finishes the household chores its noon and the shop are shut for lunch and evening Raju when comes back from school she gets busy with his studies and homework, she is left with no time. “Hmm…then why don’t you visit the shop in the evening?” Mr. Kumar suggested in a friendly tone. “What must I tell you Mr. Kumar, just last evening, while returning home from work I thought the same and headed towards the shop but by the time I reached, the shop was closed I even went further to see if other shops are open but they too were on the verge to close for the day. And when I went home I saw Raju was tensed because of the delay in getting the printouts, therefore, today I thought I better get it done in the morning only before going to work.

“I understand your plight Mr. Singh once, even I wanted to get a printouts for some important work but as usually evening the shops were closed so next morning I went to the shop thinking morning time there won’t be much rush but I was taken aback when I had to stand for almost an hour in the queue “My God! That’s ridiculous” Mr. Singh  responded as he was appalled on hearing it . To which Mr. Kumar immediately replied “That’s not all Mr. Singh, the print quality was pathetic the documents were not accepted because the print wasn’t clear, I had to re-print the documents again adding to this my pen drive was infected by virus.”

Mr. Singh nodding his head in disappointment said, “These people just know how to mint money Mr. Kumar, they will print anyhow and charge a bomb for a low-quality printing. You tell them anything about it they will always have some baseless excuse ready, the original document is old and what not but Mr. Kumar, the virus in pen drive? Honestly, this never crossed my mind good you told me about it. He further in an inquisitive tone asked, “How did you then manage to tackle this issue Mr. Kumar?” to which Mr. Kumar replied, “After a lot of thinking and pestering from my family I finally bought a wireless printer at home” “wireless printer? That’s nice but which one?” asked Mr. Singh keenly. “I have an all-in-one printer that allows me to print almost around 1000 pages a month which in my opinion is adequate for a family usage it’s compatible with Android, Apple and Windows so you can easily connect your tablet or smartphone and with a tap, you have the printouts. The best part about this printer is that it’s so easy to use. You won’t believe, even my kids use the printer get the printouts for their project work as when they require. As Mr. Singh was listening to Mr. Kumar’s experience with interest and wonderment he recollected how once when his wife required an urgent print out she had hesitantly approached the next door neighbor Mrs. Dixit who has a printer at home although Mrs.Dixit obliged Mrs. Singh was clearly distressed and thereon, had pestered Mr. Singh to invest in a printer several times.

On seeing Mr. Singh lost in his thoughts, Mr. Kumar said, “Mr. Singh you seem to be thinking something is everything alright?” Mr. Singh immediately replied, “Yes, yes actually, Mrs. Singh also keeps telling me to buy a printer for the house but Mr. Kumar in my opinion I think it’s a waste of money, firstly it’s expensive, secondly it would require regular usage or else the cartridge will dry out. After hearing his views Mr. Kumar said, “Mr. Singh having a printer at home is a boon trust me, it is not as expensive as you perceive it to be. It will save so much of your time and energy you don’t have to stand in long queues for hours, you can get a printout of whatever you require at any time of the day no more rushing out in a hurry on a work day, besides no possibilities of virus and other threats to your devices.“Hmm….you got a point” Mr. Singh replied as he pondered over Mr. Kumar’s suggestion.

After a few minutes of brooding over the suggestion, Mr. Singh said, “If I ever plan to take a printer in the near future which budget-friendly model would you recommend?” to which Mr. Kumar replied, “Mr. Singh the printer you would consider buying would be based on your individual usage. I can only recommend you to check the internet there are various types of printers available you can also find and read numerous articles that give a detailed understanding on the various types of printers, their features, benefits and more”.  “Wow! this is a very interesting advice Mr. Kumar I shall definitely take the help of the internet and check” said the enthusiastic Mr. Singh.

That evening, after returning home from work Mr. Singh handed the print out to Raju whose happiness knew no bounds he immediately hugged his father and said, “Thank you, papa, now I can finally proceed with the completion of the project and submit it on time.”Mr. Singh reciprocated with a hug and in a loving tone said, “Your welcome beta, do let me know if you need any help”.

Mrs. Singh too was relieved as she finally saw her son smile. Mr. Singh then narrated the entire morning incident with his wife. After hearing him out she said, “I agree, it’s high time we must consider getting a printer at home I think you must give a thought to Mr. Kumar’s suggestion. Mr. Singh looked at Raju’s smiling face and finally made up his mind to buy a printer for his family.
