To sync this band with your phone or tablet download the Galaxy Wearable App from Galaxy store or Play store and you are set. Using the app, you could even set fitness goals. This fitness band's exercise mode tracks your progress while doing yoga, running or doing heavy weight workout, among others. Its health summary feature tracks the progress of your daily activities like; step count, distance walked, calories burned, hourly activity and more.
