Repair your product
- In case your product become dysfunctional during the resQ RCP coverage period we will
- Remotely diagnose the problem and help you to make the product functional
- Visit your home and repair the product
- In case, repair can’t be done at home, we will take your product to our service centre, where our qualified engineers will repair your product at no cost to you
- In case of no repair possible, we buy back the product at depreciated value
Ensure your comfort
In case, due to some unforeseen situation, we are not able to repair the product within committed time, we will provide to you a standby unit
