A clear, step-by-step commitment — no surprises, no delays, no cost. We follow this sequence, every time:
1. Remote diagnosis
Our experts diagnose the issue over call and try to get your AC back up immediately — no visit needed.
2. Home visit repair
If remote isn’t enough, a certified technician comes to your home and repairs the product on-site.
3. Service centre repair
If the job needs more, we pick it up, fix it at our authorised centre with qualified engineers, and return it — at no cost.
4. Standby unit provided
If repair takes longer than committed, we arrange a standby AC so you’re never without cooling (subject to availability).
5. Buyback guarantee
In rare cases where repair isn’t possible, we buy back your product at its depreciated value. T & C apply.

- Tampered or removed serial numbers — product will not be attended
- Physical, accidental or liquid damage
- Remote control replacement (repair only, no replacement)
- Products purchased or used for commercial purposes
- Burned or fire breakout cases
- Failures due to power fluctuations
