    Product is good however customer service experience is BAD.

    The lid of one of the jar was defected and the day the product was delivered I was out of station due to which I was unable to claim within 24 hours as per your policy and when I reported the issue your straight away denied to help by showing your policy instead of providing any solution to fix the issue, I never asked to return the product because it is working absolutely fine, I just want a new lid for one of the jar. I have not received any options from you, I don't think this is the way of RIL to treat their customers. Is this correct to say a straight NO instead of providing any options to fix the issue? I agree that due to any reasons I was not able to report the issue within time frame as per your policy however, what is your approach to resolve the issue?
