Terms and Conditions

(Buy one Smartphone and Get another Smartphone @ Rs.1/-)

1.       This Offer is run by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) at select Reliancedigital and MyJio offline/physical  stores in few select cities only (“Stores”). 

2.       Buy any Smartphone worth ₹ 1,00,000/- Reliance selling price and above and get another Smartphone @ ₹1/- (“Promo” / “Offer”).

3.       Offer is valid between 1st April to 3rd April 2024 (“Offer Period) on purchase of any smartphone worth ₹ 1,00,000/- of Reliance selling price and above at Stores.

4.       Any customer /person who visits to Store and purchases a smartphone worth Rs.1,00,000/- (One lakh) of Reliance selling price and above during the Offer Period (“Eligible Customer”) is entitled to get another smartphone @ ₹1/- from certain select model smartphones made available under the Offer. (“Second Smartphone”).

5.       Eligible Customer has to choose the Second Smartphone from the list of select model smartphones available at Store and can’t demand of his/her choice beyond the same. The maximum MRP value of the Second Smartphone under this Offer is limited to ₹ 15,999/-.  Reliance gives no assurance on availability of any select colour, variant or model which is subject to availability on the day of purchase at respective Store.

6.       Product warranty and guarantee of Manufacturer/Brand is applicable on Second Smartphone and Reliance or Store shall not be held liable for the smartphone functioning or quality issue, if any.

7.       Second Smartphone will be handed over at Store only upon receipt of payment in full from the Eligible Customer.

8.       Purchase of smartphone by an Eligible Customer under this Offer is voluntary and optional and entirely at the sole discretion of Eligible Customer.

9.    Reliance reserves its right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may withdraw or discontinue this Offer at any time without prior notice.

10.  Reliance and its directors, employees, Store staff, representatives assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from Second Smartphone or participating in the Promo by an Eligible Customer under this Offer.

11.  These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In case of any dispute or discrepancy in the Offer or these terms, decision of Reliance shall be final.
