  • 10% Instant Discount on Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Cards.
  • Offer also applicable on Credit / Debit Card EMI transactions.
  • Offer valid from 17th August 2021 to 22nd August 2021.
  • Maximum discount is capped at Rs. 1500 for Non EMI transactions & Rs. 3000 for EMI transactions.
  • Minimum purchase required to avail the offer is Rs. 10,000.
  • Offer is NOT applicable on Non EMI transactions through Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit Cards.
  • Offer applicable twice per credit card (limited to once for Non EMI & once for EMI).
  • Discount shall be auto-applied for the eligible cards at the payment page. In case of multiple discount promotions on the same card, customer needs to choose “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” tab and choose the applicable promotion.
  • Offer NOT applicable on Kotak Mahindra Bank Commercial & B2B Credit Cards.
  • Discount is NOT applicable on Products with No Cost EMI offer. For such transactions, cashback shall be posted by 30th November 2021 (only in absence of brand cashback offer).
  • Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand / Bank offer – In case of availability of any such cashback / discount offer, above offer would not be applicable.
  • Offer is applicable on selected products only, check product page for offer applicability.

    • Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

  • This “Discount / Cashback” (“Offer”) is made available by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“KOTAK”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
  • Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card / Debit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the merchants’ stores or online website www.reliancedigital.in.
  • Offers are valid from 17th August 2021 to 22nd August 2021.
  • Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
  • Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit Card / Debit Card / EMIs during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
  • Benefit under this Offer is capped at Rs. 1500 for Non EMI transactions & Rs. 3000 for EMI transaction per card.
  • Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
  • Offer not valid on Kotak Mahindra Bank Commercial & B2B Credit Cards
  • In case of multiple promotions, if NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount. Discount would be applicable as per the promo code chosen by the customer.
  • In case of payment failure or cancelled orders, promo code would be reactivated within 30 minutes.
  • Reliance Retail & Kotak Mahindra Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
  • Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
  • Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
  • Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
  • Decision of Kotak Mahindra Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
  • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
  • By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
