- 5% Instant discount with ICICI Credit Cards Non-EMI transactions.
- 10% Instant discount with ICICI EMI transactions.
- Maximum discount is capped at Rs. 1,750 for full swipe transactions & Rs. 2,500 for EMI transactions.
- Offer applicable on a minimum purchase of Rs. 10,000.
- The Offer will be made available from 18th March, 2023 (00:00:01) to 22nd March, 2023 (23:59:59) (“Offer Period”).
- Offer valid only once per card.
- Instant discount is NOT applicable on Brand subvented transactions (No Cost EMI transactions). For such transactions, benefit shall be posted as cashback within 90 days of offer end date. (Only in absence of any other cashback / discount offer).
- Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback / discount offer – In case of availability of any such offer, above discount offer would not be applicable.
- Offer is NOT applicable on Corporate and Commercial Cards.
- Offer is NOT applicable on ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Credit Cards
- Offer is NOT applicable on Debit Card Non-EMI transactions.
- In case of multiple promotions on the same card, customer needs to apply discount by choosing “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” button in the payments page after filling the card details.
- This “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by ICICI Bank (“Partner Bank”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) for the customers shopping on www.reliancedigital.in (“Reliance Digital Website”) or Reliance Digital Mobile Application (“Reliance Digital App”).
- Offer is open to Indian customers holding a valid and current Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank to make a purchase at the stores of merchant & the online channels as mentioned above.
- Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
- Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition (net of returns / refunds / part payments / merchant discounts) in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
- Under no circumstance will the benefit offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the Partner Bank or by Merchant.
- In case of multiple promotions on the same card, customer needs to apply discount by choosing “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” button in the payments page after filling the card details. In order to avail the discount, customer needs to mandatorily click on the button & select the applicable promotion.
- In case NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount.
- In case multiple promotions are available on the same card, discount shall apply as per the promotion chosen by the customer.
- In case of payment failure, offer would be reactivated within 30 minutes.
- Reliance Retail & Partner Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
- Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
- Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
- Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance & Partner Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
- Decision of Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
- By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank, Reliance and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
